Licensed electrician · San Francisco Bay Area
EV chargers, panel upgrades, dedicated circuits, lighting and outlets for homeowners, businesses, property managers and contractors. Upfront prices and permits handled.
Services
Level 2 charger installs with load checks and panel work when needed, plus swapping out old or failed chargers, reusing existing wiring when it meets code.
240V circuits for heat pumps, heat pump water heaters and appliances, with the electrical permit handled.
Service upgrades, subpanels and panel replacements, sized for what you use today and what you'll add tomorrow.
A whole-house surge protector guards appliances, electronics and EV chargers. Load management lets you add a charger or heat pump without a full panel upgrade.
New fixtures, recessed lighting, dimmers, GFCI outlets and outlet swaps for homes and offices.
Kitchen, bath and ADU wiring from layout through final inspection.
A flat price before any work starts, and a clean job you can show the inspector.
You install the heat pump or water heater; we run the dedicated circuit and pull the electrical permit, so your job isn't waiting on an electrician.
Fast turnaround on repair lists, tenant calls and pre-sale inspection items.
Electrical for your remodels and ADUs, from rough-in to final inspection, on your schedule.
